We just started with Bartender and I have not tested this option yet, but there is an option in the AutoPrint rule on the RDD for "number of copies"

What I ended up doing was using the same RDD (all I needed was the same data to a different btw file) I added another Auto-Print rule with an alternate style selected. This way my first auto-print fires creating one bt file printing off X number of Carton labels, then the second bt file is created printing off Y number of my alternate labels. I had to add extra tables to the RDD but it allows me to print two different labels in one shot that contain different but related data.
