This is simplistic, but you have to start somewhere. In labor entry,
there is a field called "payroll". If you un-click this button, it will
not feed payroll for that particular day. Maybe someone did this
without realizing it.

Has anyone ever had labor information for a specific employee on a
specific day for some reason not show up in paid hours in payroll? The
labor edit shows payroll time, however it is as though someone deleted
