Sarah,
It looks like your right, the JobAsmbl table is the way to go for my
material, labor, and subcontract totals. However, I still need to be able
to view individual operations for the top assembly.
It looks like linking the JobOper table to the JobAsmbl table will
accomplish that.
Thank you very much for your help,
Thaddeus

Do you need the materials details or just the total? If you are only
looking for the total, you can get that from the JobAssembly Table...

I'm having some trouble writing a particular reportbuilder report.
What I want to do is to list, for a particular job, list the total in-house
operations cost and hours, the total subcontract cost and hours, and the
total cost of materials. I am using JobOper to pull the Operations costs,
linking it to the JobHead, the master table, by Jubnum.
This works fine, until I try to link the materials table to JobNum. When I
do so, I get duplicate operation entries, one duplicate for every material
line.
Am I using the wrong master table? Is there any way to get a materials
total cost on the same Reportbuilder Report with operations total cost?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Thaddeus
