Had a customer who, when printing the label, showed my address and not theirs. I looked in Manifest and saw that the Blind ship check box wasn’t checked. IS there a check box or something in Customer entry that needs to be selected in order for blind shipping to occur?

You have to check the “blind ship” box in Manifest, and there is nothing that you need to do or can do in Customer Entry.
