anyone can explain these flags in the BOM. if we enable these flag, any impact on the BOM or MRP?

I recommend reading the MRP technical guide, but here are the basics.
View As Assembly - this just flags the subassembly as being able to be seen in various screens.
Pull As Assembly - when MRP runs, it checks inventory to see if the required amount is available. If it is available, it adds the assembly as a Material requirement on the Job. If the full quantity is not available, MRP will create a separate Job to manufacture the required quantity and create a job link.
Plan As Assembly - when MRP runs, it adds the assembly as a subassembly in the Job.
