BPM for Supplier Price List

I am working on a BPM to pull supplier price list info. I did a trace (attached) of pulling up a part in supplier price list and the parameters contain multiple values which I am unsure of how to add to the argument/variable widget on the BPM. Do I use an expression to populate this data, or is there a better way to do this? If it is an expression, what would this look like?

Circling back around to this.

I have tried using an expression for the binding, applying exactly what I see in the trace but you cannot use “and” in a system.string.

Anyone have any ideas?
