In POHeader Data Directive, I am using send email object with “Include shortcut link” checked.
I’ve done config file-related changes and I’m receiving emails with shortcut and also it opens the PO screen with the correct record if I’ve active session of Epicor. When I don’t have active session, it pops up for credential:
After entering credentials, it gives me below error:
we are using the Epicor cloud.
