Previously we were able to trigger bpms if a method directive was triggered by a customized form. We want to do something similar with the new kinetic screens. In our case, we applied the kinetic app to the menu maintenance and applied a new layer to it in the “Customization” section. We changed the name of the customization listed in the bpm to match the layer we were attempting to target, but it did not trigger as expected. Has anyone else already managed to get this working?
