So I’ve got an issue that my teammate has a grid that isn’t loading for him but it loads for everyone else but it USE to work for him. We’ve tried the following:
Cleared browser cache
Used a different browser
Used different computer
Verified that they have access via security groups etc
Tried going into classic to Personalization Purge but did not see a personalization for him on that menu
Clicked to the reset defaults on both the grid and the page
Created a new grid with the same BAQ to which that also doesnt load for him but does for everyone else
We’ve had a similar issue with other user and never could find a solution. Wondering if anyone has some insight because its starting to affect our business…
For anyone who has this issue, for me I needed to delete the elements in the purge list for the user that said it was a template and not associated with anything specific.
