have you experienced that bugs are not anymore being fixed in Classic UI, if the equivalent works in browser version? Epicor made a bug now with the last release to our customer entry screen. We created a case to support, who requested a fix, but it was rejected, because the screen works in browser. At least to us this came as a shock. We of course have to move to the browser during next year, but it requires still development work + a lot of training of staff. We have been in the belief that yes, no more development to Classic, but that it should work until sunset. Any similar experiences?

What is the bug? I believe major bugs are still being fixed in classic. For example in this release there was a bug in mass issue classic version that is now fixed in the latest dot. But maybe if its something minor or cosmetic?

Classic is in sustaining support only major flaws are going to be fixed specially if it works in the kinetic UX
No new functionality will be added to classic either
