We are on 2022.1.9 and the Buyer IDs are not populating in the drop down box when we go to create a new PO. I have tested this in the web and client version. I have even turned off the kinetic screen to use classic and same issue. Has anyone experienced this issue? I feel like I keep finding bugs in this version.
I confirmed this in 2022.1.10 and subsequently fixed it by removing this row filter IsDCDUserIDAuthorized = true
So, the more I looked into this, I found out what that field is all about.
To be able to see buyers in the dropdown, you (as in the person logged in and looking at the PO screen) need to be an authorized user on at least one buyer. They should show up at that point.
I was just working with support and found a larger issue. I can’t even add authorized users to any of the old buyers. Our DB was converted by Epicor and I am wondering if a conversion issue.
Weeeeellll that’s definitely a problem!
In the meantime, you could remove the IsDCDUserIDAuthorized filter to let your folks continue processing!
I wish I could but none of them show up and are not authorized on other users. What a mess. UGH
