Is there some BAQ to view Buyer workbench and create Active Homepage with the Buyer workbench details?
Take a look through the list of all BAQs. There is more than likely one or more system BAQs you can copy and make your own.
Try SugPOChg and SugPoDtl. That would be a start.

There’s an DataDiscovery chart you could add to the home page that is standard out of the box.
Shows open PO’s by supplier and type.
