Hi All,

We're looking at purchasing CADLink to use with Autodesk Inventor. With Epicor's fiscal year-end at the end of this month, there's some attractive pricing on it right now. From what we've seen at the Users Summit and the webcasts, it looks promising. We're trying to get a demo before the end of the month, too.

Have any of you purchased this? If so, how is it running for you? If you thought about purchasing but changed your mind - was it because of issues with the application? And thoughts on the ECN Manager?

Thanks in advance -
Laraine
Hi Laraine,

We have actually just purchased CADLink.

Earlier in the year we purchased the Autodesk Product Design Suite and part
of the justification was the benefits of CADLink. We have had a few
conference calls/webex sessions with Epicor/QBuild and we are happy the
software with a few modifications will do what we need. The PO was raised
this week, so we should have the software to play with very soon.

As far as the ECN Manager, it did look very good, however we felt at the
moment this was a bit overkill for what we need.

Regards,

Darryn

Hi All,

We're looking at purchasing CADLink to use with Autodesk Inventor. With
Epicor's fiscal year-end at the end of this month, there's some attractive
pricing on it right now. From what we've seen at the Users Summit and the
webcasts, it looks promising. We're trying to get a demo before the end of
the month, too.

Have any of you purchased this? If so, how is it running for you? If you
thought about purchasing but changed your mind - was it because of issues
with the application? And thoughts on the ECN Manager?

Thanks in advance -
Laraine

I'm actually really curious about the ECN Manager side of things. I saw a demo of it at Insights and would love to chat more with anyone that has that module, in addition to CADLink.
