Hello all,
When I try to access the design window of the BPM Designer, I get the following error:
Can anyone help me understand what I need to do to remedy this error? This is brand new- I have never had any issue accessing this window thus far.
I solved this by reinstalling client application.

I am seeing this exact error. I currently have a case open with EpicCare but they don’t seem to know the problem either
I experienced this error for the first time after I got a new computer and re-downloaded the client application. The download must have been a faulty, although all the other functions of Epicor worked fine. I uninstalled all the Epicor applications and did a new download of client app and everything works great. Can’t say I understand why, but was successful none the less. Hope that helps at all;)
