We use the Export Utility to dump the p/r data in Excel format. I
pick it up in Access and consolidate and print the data to an
Access report that fills in the DE6 form. It is fussy and finicky,
but it is accurate.

For California Vantage 4.0 users:

I have been asked for a report that will print the Quarterly Wage and
Withholding Report for the state of California (DE 6 Rev 3
January/98). Has anyone done this and would be willing to share the
report. I just found out that our accountant has been hand typing this
and I was wondering if one of you may have this report, or would let me
know how you handle this data for the state.
