We’re pushing hard to get everyone on Kinetic via the browser in 2 weeks, to upgrade for 2025.2 without a client deployment one month later.
Our A/R manager noticed that the call logs are no longer sorted by date descending in Kinetic (2024.2.8 Live or 2025.2.10 test environments). Folks are missing call notes and either adding the same call multiple times, or not seeing a critical note.
Epicor confirms it’s an issue with PRB0258845, which is tagged as a cosmetic issue with no work around. It’ll be fixed in a future release they say. We typically upgrade annually, so it’s a very long time to live without properly functioning call logs.
Looks like the base Kinetic call log interface doesn’t have any option to sort or filter.
How do I fix sorting for our users in the meantime?
