One of our sites has just tried to change a part number that on a Sales Order that was linked to a Job. They have de-linked the job, changed the part number on the job but when they try and change the part number on the Sales Order they are getting
The only thing i can see is that in the Part Tracker the system is still saying that the old part is in WIP on the Job (New Part is G0074753-08)
Not that familiar with this so could be way off, but maybe need to try and find this record on the Fulfilment Workbench, and then Actions > Unallocate?
EDIT (I’m assuming that no one has tried to ship this already and there’s a shipment that needs deleting).
Someone had started a shipment and that has been deleted
This was it, i went into Fulfilment Workbench and unallocated and it has worked. I did originally look at that in the Kinetic UI but couldnt get it to work so had to resort to the Classic view as i was more familiar with that
