I am receiving an error stating ‘This group is locked. Cannot create new invoices’ when trying to create a cancellation invoice. However, the group I am using is NOT locked.
I have tried running this after locking the group and running this after unlocking and I receive the same error every time. Any thoughts?
This is done directly through a system application from Epicor - all data should be correct. You can create any group you want on this screen and “credit” is an exact match to the correct record.
If you’re getting this interacting with an Epicor system app, i’d open a case on epiccare regarding the issue. We’d probably need to look at your payload to diagnose any further.
