We need to remove a material off of a job but when we attempt it we get an error box that pops up saying “Delete not allowed. Referenced by at least one Jobs.” Can someone point me in the right rabbit hole to go down to try and diagnose and fix to where we can remove the material. Thanks in advance!!!
Is it a manufactured part that is set as job to job?
Mike, how are you trying to remove the material? Deleting off the job tree, doing Return Material, or something else?
Trying to delete off the job tree.

If this is the same as all the other types of issues, Material Transaction, Labor, Order, then you cannot DELETE it.
On a job material, I just have the material returned, set the Qty/Parent to 0 and Change the PART NUMBER to DELETED ITEM. OR Leave the Part Number and change the Description.
