Cannot get the Epicor Print Tray to start up for Cloud Printing

Ive setup the Epicor Print Tray on our printer server so that users can print through Kinetic Web. I could not get it working correctly.
Ive had a ticket open since 12-13-2023, with updates of “still working on it”. Can anyone share any insight. Is this a global issue?
