Cannot mark bins inactive - quantity in RMA

Renaming bins in our warehouse. We created new bins in Epicor and I’ve been moving inventory to the new bins and then marking the old bins as
Inactive"

Problem is I have about 20 ish bins left that I cannot mark inactive because I get an error saying there is quantities in RMA in that BIN.

Not sure what the next move is so I can mark the old bins inactive.

After further review. I cannot seem to find away around this. The issue is there is an old RMA with a part pulling inventory from the bin I want to make inactive. The RMA is closed but it doesn’t matter.

I can’t delete the RMA either. I was thinking that might work but I also didn’t know what ramifications would come from deleting them anyways.

So are we stuck with these bins? All we want to do is make them inactive.

I can’t rename them either. At least to my knowledge.

Can you add a new disposition on the RMA to dispose of the remaining inventory in the bin? I know this was possible in 10 even for a closed RMA, not sure in Kinetic.

There was a disposition done in the past.

I tried to do a new one but it won’t work. There is 1 qty left and when I create the new disposition, it errors out because the 1 qty part is associated to the previous disposition.

It’s like the disposition isn’t full processed.

Found the issue.

I was looking at the wrong RMAs. The correct ones were never disposed of. They were old. Like 10 years old. How they weren’t processed… I don’t know.

So I processed them all and was then able to mark the bin inactive.
