Cant close Vantage. Session Manager window popping up

Thank You. If you ever get to the bottom of why Vantage locks up after inactivity please share the fix with me.

I will do the same.

If you exit the System Monitor then try closing Epicor it should close.

As to why its locking after inactivity - this is an issue I am also getting and
cant seem to get to the bottom of.

Hi, in Vantage 8.03.409C some users get a "Vantage Session Manager" window when
they try shutdown Vantage. the only way we are able to shut the Vantage session
down is to kill the process through Task Manager. This usually happens when a
user leaves Vantage running without using it for a long period of time. Then
when they want to use it you can see the Vantage Window but can't click on
anything and then when you try to Shut it down the "Vantage Session Manager"
