I just recently started working in a new environment and I’m attempting to create some ESC Workflows for them. I have never had any issues before but for some reason in this environment I am not able to create a new (empty) workflow. The option is “grayed out”. I thought this might be a licensing issue but I am able to create a workflow from an Epicor log file so I’m not so sure anymore. Has anyone seen this before or have any advice on how to proceed?
I haven’t seen that before, but just a thought, have you combed thru the user security rights in the admin console?
I finally was able to speak with the company’s Epicor Rep. It was a licensing issue.
