Can't find EFx library

I’m running into a similar issue as Joe did in this post.
I have a Method Directive calling a custom function, and the errors says that particular library can’t be found.

So I checked… is the function library promoted? Yes. Is the function library authorized by the company using it. Yes.
I even tried re-importing the function library using “force”, as suggested by Kevin in the post above.
But no luck, same issue.

And what really confuses me is this process worked just fine in my development environment.
This issue only occurred when I moved things to a testing environment.

Does anybody have any advice on where I should look next?

Recycle the app pool.

Try to recycle the app pool for that environment, I just ran into this issue (on Epicor’s support side, trying to load my function .zip solution)

PRB0288709 is open for this issue, in release planning, the PRB is a year old and the issue older.

If you have time, please open a case and let them know it’s affecting you too. :slight_smile:
