Can't see Custom Action in Dashboard (10.2.300.10)

Hi,

I have created a Custom Action in an Updatable BAQ.

Add it in a dashbaord.

But nothing shows up.

I have cleared the cache, deploy the dashboard, closed Epicor, reopen. Still got nothing.

Am I missing something here?

Does the dashboard have multiple BAQs on it?

In the Dashboard go to Action -> Publish like you did the first time

He means tools>deploy dashboard.

I also have created a simple updatable BAQ on Part, update Part Description, create a custom action, create an updatable dashboard, add the custom action, re-deploy, add the dashoard to the menu. Clear cache, close Epicor, reopen Epicor and… nothing.

Are you clicking in the grid before clicking on actions? The grid has to be activated/focused (whatever you want to call it.)

When I click on actions right away

After I click on the grid, and then click actions.

It’s easy to forget when you only have one BAQ/Grid.
