Can't "uncomplete" a job after it had been "re-opened" in Epicor

We have a strange one this morning. Out inventory accountant “re-opened” a closed job that was needing some more work/transactions done on it but he did not “uncomplete” the job after he first “re-opened” it as he normally would do. He went back in after some transactions were created to attempt to “uncomplete” the job but when he tried, Epicor through a message up saying ”“yes/no value required for PendingInspectionContinue”. Apparently, there were NCR transactions that were created after he “re-opened” the job but before he attempted to “uncomplete” the job. Since I know Epicor won’t let you complete/close a job if there are any inspection pending items open, I think those NCR’s being created is what has caused this. Is there a simple way around this to allow him to “uncomplete” the job? One thought I had was just have them go on in and completely close out the NCR’s that were created and then see if it will let him “uncomplete” the job then and if it does, they can “re-NCR” them and go from there. Is that the way we should handle this?

I agree, clear out the inspections then you should be able to uncheck the complete box for the job.
