It looks one of our users got kicked out of Epicor when looking at a review journal. Now we can’t fix this review journal (773) because review journal (770) is locked. 770 has already been fixed and posted so it’s not in the review journal.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

I would submit a support ticket to get this resolved. Something else may have happened in the background that needs to be checked out.
Also, no need to repost the same message ( Review Journal Locked - Kinetic 202X - Epicor User Help Forum (epiusers.help)). With last night being month end, and probably most of us heading towards a sugar coma with all the Halloween candy, sometimes responses don’t come right away.
