Dan,



In account tracker, you can click on "cost transaction" within the relevant
month. It shows purchase order, etc. You can drill down from there for
further info.

To the Group,

Is there a way to trace 'Periodic Postings' back to a JobNum, PartNum, or
P.O. # , when you capture and post month-end? We are on Vantage 6.0. When I
look at a specific account such as Equipment Maintenance and look at
details, I can see $ amounts that are titled "Periodic Posting Process" that
I cannot trace to anything. Please help me if you can.

If you just want a quick -- look through the tracker.. you can look at
account tracker - then hit details - then Cost transactions - then you
can right click right to the purchase order. I do this a lot looking
for errors in account numbers.
