Care to share experience with GROW?

Leadership at my company is looking to speak with some folks about their experience with Grow - would anyone here be willing to speak with them?

Perfect opportunity to share my most recent experience!

They make you pay an onboarding fee which goes towards professional services. However, this time is mostly geared towards showing you the software. Should you run into ANY issues, they will ask you to hire additional resources (from them).

We ran into an issue where the software “successfully” connects, but does not actually integrate with Kinetic properly. It has been multiple weeks and their first answer was for us to hire a technical consultant, and after pushing back they refused to respond whatsoever. We’re now having to escalate via our CAM.

If you are a cloud customer, you won’t face these issues. Primarily for on-prem.

The software is super simple on the data side but very powerful on the user side. If you need control over what data you are getting, you have to replicate separately, adding additional cost layers. They said this was “coming soon” but as far as I can tell, the data management hasn’t been touched in 3 years.

PowerBI / Fabric is a significantly more robust solution.
