Case entry Do you want defaults?

Hi,

I found this topic:

Case Entry ..Do you want Defaults?.. Annoyance

When entering a case, our CSRs see this dialog pop up probably 10 times while entering the "Related To" information on the Case tab: "Do you want defaults?" Does anyone have any ideas about a way we could just default to YES on this dialog? Maybe there is a parameter on the BO method call, would there be a way to force it to something else through a BPM? Maybe there is a config/setting somewhere for this we haven't located? Seems like something other companies would have run into.

There were no replies.

Is there a solution available now or do we have to accept it as is?

well, this is an old topic. say no to defaults. if i find a data directive to select no, then i will post it here.
