Within a cash receipt transaction, our system has generated this error message for a customer:

Server Side Exception

A valid Customer ID is required.

Hi William,
We had something similar in Bank Statement Processing, the AR Receipt functionality. It occurred after using the search for the correct customer in the bank statement line. We created a case for this at Epicor, which is not resolved yet. Did you apply this search as well? Did you change the customer ID for this customer?

As a response to your kind comment, let me tell you we didn’t change the Customer ID for this issue.
