tried posting a Cash Receipt, the same old fashion way we have been doing for year... this time, however, it didn't post... it got stuck in the posting process. According to the system monitor it completed, however, the groups is still in Cash Receipt Entry with a status of posting.



Anyone have any idea how to clear this?

Check the review journal. It should you give you an indication on why the cash receipt failed.
