We have an issue where employees enter and submit their expenses, but then they disappear off the system.
To help with tracing, I have enabled an in transaction change log on the empexpense table in data directives and have ticked numerous fields.
Q1 - Why is Change Log greyed out under actions on Time and Expense entry?
- I have closed and reopened Epicor, change log is still greyed out
- I have full permissions as a superuser
- I have set up other change logs the same way and have not had this issue, e.g. on order entry
Q2 - I can run a change log report on the EmpExpense table, but it does not return all the fields I selected in the data directive, such as expense comments
Q3 - The in transaction data directive only lets record updated/changed records on the ttEmpExpense table, deleted records are greyed out.
- I tried a standard transaction instead and the option to record a change log isn’t there at all.
- Can you record deleted records in the change log?
