Change Pack Slip after Invoicing

If the invoice has not yet been posted, you can delete the invoice and then
you will be able to change the packing slip and re-invoice. If the packing
slip has been invoiced, I do not think there is any way to change the P/S.
if that is the case, I would probably to a misc. shipment that is correct
linked to the SO explaining the issue in the comments - then to a credit to
the invoice and do a misc. invoice to correct it.

We were incorrect on a pack slip, and in turn on the invoice. It
will not allow us to change the pack slip because it has been
invoiced.

Our customer is specifically requiring new pack slips but it doesn't
look like we can change them.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any solution?

Thanks!
Ben

If it is just for the customer's sake....try re-printing the existing packing slip then altering the DBF files and printing from Crystal Development (assuming you have it to customize forms). I think you can alter and save DBF files with Excel. Or make an alternate version of the Cyrstal form and bolt in the "right" data and print. This won't change your data in Vantage but may satisty the customer. When we see this sort of requirement it is usually an excuse to delay payment as long as possible.
