Yep.. that was route we had to take. Hopefully this doesn't happen on a large packing slip. We normally do 20+ lines.

Chris - I believe you should void the Packer, correct the Sales Order

Is there a way to change a ship to address (within Vista) after a
packing slip has been created?

Scenerio: Order entry entered an incorrect ship to. Shipping created
the packing slip and all the line items, but did not mark it shipped
yet. Order entry is informed of incorrect address and changes the sales
order. Shipping is notified of the change.

If the pack slip has never been checked as shipped you should be able to
change or delete it and start over
