Changing ShipToNum on Customer Maintenance

Hi All, wonder if any one has come across a way to change the ShipToNum on customers.
We have had multiple users with no set rule, so have ended up with a multitude of format’s in the set ups of these (random numbers, Part of the location, start of the address, are just a few,). This all now needs standardizing
Is there a similar option as on the Customer Maintenance that allows the ID to change, where we can change the ShipToNum ID ?
Can it be done on an update-able dashboard, or perhaps that is in an update somewhere our ICT department have not introduced?

There is no way to change the Ship To ID after it is created. Also, you do not want to try and force it, it would have bad consequences. Your options are to live with it or create all new ones and make the old ones inactive.

As @jkane said. It’s not possible and don’t try and force it. They aren’t meant to be changed.

Hi @jkane @chaddb - thanks for your feedback - I feared that would be the case. Looks like we need to live with it for now (perhaps a future upgrade will enable the ShipTo to be updated) - thanks again
