Randy,

I figured it out. I did not have my first cup of coffee.

Thanks,
Dina

We must be to nice here - for some reason we have alot of customers who
pay extremely late. The owner of the company wants to inforce charging
interest. Has anyone figured away on how to do this in Vantage? Can I
add a VB somewhere?

My boss is very adminent about getting this done (does not want it done
manual either) and I have no idea where to begin.

Any suggestions I would appreciate.

Dina
We created a miscellaneous charge called "Finance Charge". I also created a
Report Builder report to calculate the finance charges. We simply run the
report builder report and then create the invoice using the miscellaneous
charge.

I looked at the other filters and I noticed that the InvHead.DueDate filter
was set for <= 6/30/2000. You will need to change this filter each time you
run the report. If you run the report at the end of the month, you will
need to change this date to look at any invoices with a due date on or
before the current month. Also, in the InvHead.Company filter, did you
enter your company name or your company ID? This field needs to be the same
as your company ID. You can find this by going to Company in Company
Configuration in System Management and looking at the field "ID". You
probably already know this, but it doesn't hurt to check all the bases.
