Citrix and Zebra Label Printer

Thanks. We called Zebra and they said they don't support Citrix. However,
they are sending
us a new driver to try. Haven't received yet. Any other suggestions
if Zebra doesn't work via Citrix with Vantage?

Hi Christine, your best bet is to contact Zebra and tell them what is
happening. I assisted another customer with this same issue, but different
printers. I ended up calling Zebra and telling them to fix the problem. It
took them a while but they did.

We currently have 5 locations that connect to Vantage via Citrix with
Windows NT. We are very close to being able to print labels in
Vantage using the Zebra printer DA402. The problem is we cannot get
the default label size to 'stick' when printing in Vantage. It
defaults to the #9 envelope in Vantage but for Word or Excel it is
the correct default label size. We are so close yet so far so any and
all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you are using Report Builder to print labels, it ignores whatever
settings you have on your barcode printer settings. You need to define the
size at the installed printer (shadowing printers?) and then select the
correct size in RB.
