How is Clientele priced? Per seat? Care to share what you paid for
it? Oh - and what DB server or other central resources are required?

-Thanks, Wayne Cox
I evaluated Clientele (as well as Siebel MidMarket edition) with a full working
version as part of a CRM Implementation project. It's nice software but the
real appeal to us was the integration potential with Vantage. Still waiting to
hear the time frame of when it will be available.

Anybody working with Epicor's Clientele CRM product? I'd like to hear how
that's working out.

I noticed that Epicor's web site no longer claims Clientele integration with
Vantage. Anyone know the status of their integration project?

Thanks!

We purchased Clientele about a year ago with the integration with
Vantage in mind. We had someone from Vantage on site and after about
2 or three months of trouble shooting the integration happened. It is
very limited at this time. It is proposed that in future Vantage
releases the integration will be more robust. You really have to look
at the what triggers the transfer of information at the present time
and decide if it is worth it. In it's present state it doesn't really
do what we were hoping. With that said we are very happy with
Clientele as a separate entity. We hope for the improved integration
in the future.
