Hi, we notice some of our closed sales orders are still appearing in Time Phase, incorrectly increasing the quantity required. Is there any reason why this might be so? We have checked to confirm that these order headers, lines and details are closed. All our sales order releases are made to order. Thanks in advance.
If you reopen them and close them again do they come off of time phase?
How are they being closed? Add a change log to the open flag and see if there is something common about how they are being closed.
My first guess would be that they are being closed in a BPM that isn’t using the business objects.
Hi, reopening the sales orders and closing them did not resolve the issue. This issue has been resolved after Epicor support gave us a fix that deletes some unwanted records in PartDtl.
