Can anyone tell me why our company does not have the “Receive Cloud Alert” checkbox on our User Account Maintenance screen. We have a section at the bottom titled “Cloud User Settings” but this checkbox is not available. We are being told a user needs this checked in order to receive notifications about Cloud upgrades.

So one time at band camp, I noticed that if I went into Personalization mode in User Account Maintenance, I could move things around and see those panels. Should be in the lower left-hand side of the main form.
