Anyone using Collaborate? We are getting Time Out errors all over the place.
Are you saying the error message doesn’t give you enough information to effectively troubleshoot the problem?

yeah… its super useful! so much fun.
It wouldn’t be so bad except the Home Page every so often will be like “ERORRRRRRRRRRRRRR” and nobody understands why…

I would keep griping with you, but the topic of detailed error messages is getting pretty tired at this point (especially for us SaaS folk).
… still waiting on that Cloud Admin Portal…
I would give anything to have this. It would save me so much time and headaches.
Epicor status page shows everything as normal except Kinetic G Life Sciences Americas for maintenance. We don’t use Collaborate…hopefully they get it sorted quickly for y’all
