We are in the process of setting up the collaborator tool that is used in conjunction with Epicor Knowledge Mentor. I have successfully set up the Collaborator sight and can log in without any issues using the admin account. We want to set up Single Sign On using Kerberos. Per the instructions (Collaborator date 9-19-16) section 1.8 - We created a AD account as instructed. We also ran the two ktpass commands that sets the SPN and creates the keystore file. However, when we run the LDAP import wizard, we end up getting the attached error. Hoping you can help with this:
