I have seen the scheduling board preferences that show what color is a Job, Late Job, Locked Job, etc. I am not asking about what color means what. I am asking about the orientation of the colored bars. In my schedule I can see some job/ops with red bars on top, and yellow on the bottom, while other have yellow on top and red on bottom. Same with the yellow and blue bars both on top and bottom. What is the significance of the bars being on the top or bottom? Epicor support couldn’t answer this for us!
Have you looked at these resources on the new kinetic multi-resource scheduling board? I don’t see any color flipping for our resources there, but I do see it happen on the classic board.
I can confirm that the color bars all appear correctly in Kinetic with yellow on bottom and a thin red line on top. I would still like to know what’s going on with these flip-flopped colors in classic.
Gotcha. I’m wondering if it could be a bug with the multi-resource board. I don’t see any flipping on the Resource Scheduling Board Classic, but I do see flipping on the multi-resource scheduling board classic for that same resource.
Interesting I hadn’t noticed that before. Yes, the classic resource scheduling board and the classic job scheduling board both show the colors correctly.
