Just wondering if others have this same requirement.
after going through the documentation and template for @tpogue (and her group)’s excellent work, it had me thinking about how to give contextual and easy to access help documents to users.
The template has the help on a tab of the dashboard template but I was thinking about customizations or even unmodified kinetic screens that we might want our own help for.
From the menu you can press the question mark to bring up the help and is there a way to add our own documents or articles? I would like to train our users to look at one place for help instead of a network share to ALSO check. We know this is context aware because it prompts (mostly) relevant articles to the menu option you are in. I am just thinking if we could write a BPM to supplement the retrieved list with out own documents and have them at the top of the list.
Am I on the right track here or have I missed something?
