One of the ways to handle this is to set you Wait Time to a negative number.
I have used the scenario with other packages. Have not tried it with
Vantage yet, but it is widely used elsewhere. You then can be each a
separate operation, without doubling the time.

Subject: [Vantage] Concurent Operations
In our process we have two operations occuring at the same time using
the
following scenario,
A process operator will remove parts from his press and set them on
a
table.
A Line Trimmer person working 8 presses will come by and trim the
parts and put them in their container.
I can't quite figure out how to make this step schedule concurently with
the molding operation. When I schedule this sceniario the scheduling
board
will put one before the other and esentially double the time requirement
when in reality they start and end at the same time.
Any thoughts out there in Vantage land.
