Does anyone know if changing a part number via configurator also refreshes the break quantities? We are having an issue where the break quantities are turning to 1 with a unit price of 0 when the part number is set to a smart string that is in the configurator. This is version 2025.1.11 of kinetic.

IDK about break quantities.
However, we have found that when changing a part number on a sales order or a customer ID on a sales order the pricing of the order line reverts to $0. I assume this design is due to the possibility that a different part number might have a different price or a different customer might have a different price. Our order entry personnel really hate this… I don’t blame em. It has been this way for years.
