Is there any way other than un- & re-approve a configurator to update the code when a UD Method is changed?
Unfortunately no.
On a re-approval of a configurator Epicor actually re-compiles the code for the configurator and then every time it is called it uses that code. Which is why you need to unapprove and reapprove the configurator to get the updated method code implemented.
