That particular excerpt might be true, but it’s not relevant to what I’m trying to do, namely update a part MoM.
The configurator tech ref is full of lies, though. For example, it says you can programmatically complete (as opposed to skip or cancel) a configuration, but doesn’t say how. It took me several days to get support to understand what I was asking about. The developers finally confirmed that this feature never actually existed. So maybe they were doing some kind of weird DDD where they wrote the tech ref before they wrote the configurator.
