How can I upload my entire order configurator to the company website to where as soon as the customer places an order it updates our system automatically (inventory, schedule, etc)?
There is a “Web Configurator” in Epicor, but I have not implemented it. To me it seems like you have to have the eCommerce module completely set up and then you can ‘add’ the Web Configurator to it. You should contact a CAM and ask for a demo - that should give you what you need to know.
